Quick back-story: eleven-year-old Jessica Leonhardt of Florida (who goes by "Jessi Slaughter" and "Kerligirl13" on YouTube) ranted on her webcam about "popping a glock" and "making a brain slushie" of anyone who challenged her online. Apparently the cyber police 911 hotline does not staff the most patient, professional and tolerant phone operators. They are clearly not amused by Jessi Slaughters father and his threats of consequences.
